Mail Workshop still works to the standards set by Royal Mail's former Duet scheme where all consolidated priority international mail is processed and despatched within a 24 hour period. We also guarantee that any priority mail, with the correct PPI that arrives at our premises by 10:00 am will be despatched via pre-arranged routings that very same day.

The full ranges of Royal Mail International services are offered and we recommend posting via Royal Mail's priority service when speed and performance are essential. We also offer the option of routing international mail through a selection of foreign postal authorities and can produce a "Best Cost Routing" for any major mailing including direct injection and "local look" mail.

Given the ever-growing need to find a competitive or specialist international mailing service, we now offer various alternatives for large, targeted mailings with re-mail and direct entry solutions through reputable foreign postal authorities.

Pick, Pack and Despatch

We offer an unrivalled pick, pack & despatch, warehousing and storage solutions for clients that require either an immediate turnaround or long-term storage & retrieval.

We offer a range of storage, retrieval and order packaging with integrated reporting and stock control.

This service is ideally suited for daily or weekly despatches of material ordered from university websites by students and despatched worldwide.

Storage & Parcel Distribution

We have approximately 20,000 sq ft of clean, dry and secure warehousing located at our site in Nottingham. Our newly refurbished storage facilities are fully racked and are divided into individual areas to enable us to allocate a specific area of warehousing to each client.

Stock reporting can be on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis and intake of any goods is added instantly to the client’s database with e-mailed confirmation as soon as the stock arrives.
